If your order is placed by 4 pm AEST it will be shipped the same day.

All orders are shipped via express post. (except international)

Yes, we can either customize existing book or create an all-new book.

4. How long does it take to produce custom books?

Allow 5 business days after artwork approval.

5. How long will it take to deliver custom books if I order?

Allow 5-7 business days after artwork approval.

6. Can I get a discount for higher volume orders?

8. What is your return/refund policy?

If the product is returned in good condition with 14 days refund will be sent on receipt of goods.
